Reservations are not guaranteed until paid for. All payments are fully refundable until 24-hours prior to scheduled start of a tour. If a private tour required additional expenses (such as rental of a van or purchase of nonrefundable tickets) any nonrefundable expenses paid by Richard Lloyd Evans will be deducted from the paid fees prior to refund. If fees were advanced by Richard Evans for the tour, refunds may be delayed until paid fees are released by 3rd party vendor. Each tour has a cut-off time when deposits and/or reservation fees become nonrefundable, either 24 hours prior to scheduled start or 14 days before scheduled start. This information can be found on the booking page. If you are not sure of when your refundable period ends, please contact your booking agency (if booked through an agency such as Viator or Trip Advisor) or Richard Evans if booked directly. Tours cancelled after the designated cut-off time may receive a credit at the discretion of Richard Lloyd Evans. Any credits must be used within 365 days of issue.
